DTC woes

Here i standlike a scare crow
in the lane of DTC
with unhappy feet
peeping at the signal
of someone leaving the seat
hunting for facial countenances
sudden movement of bag adjustment
and it's pretty weird

hearing an irritating music
someone's phone is emotional
will it be kind enough to present a handkerchief
may be no, forget it
let it be the background music
of my journey

some filthy guy stands and rants
irritating me to the core
I ain't in an action mode
to shower slaps

ah no
no lady seems willing
to part with her seat
all have eyes trapped in phone screens
me too, typing my feelings

and I ran towards that seat
which was empty no more
another girl leaped in
okay with me
I'm no seat lover

ah, now, got the seat
thanks to the retreat

mind has run out of battery
it's Friday evening
sleep is chasing like a bull
surprisingly the page is full
