All
great ones, footprints who left behind,
Practised
humility, were modest and kind,
From
self-hood they moved to selfless streams,
Their
evangelical eyes glowed with beauteous beams.
Humility,
the elixir of peace,
Humility,
the true knowledge’s piece,
They
entered gently in hearts infinite,
Lost
no contact with earth at height,
Aware
of human folly, gave no way to pride,
They
stood firm at humanity’s side.
Humility,
the fragrance forever sweet,
Humility,
the wealth that never depletes,
They
gazed at nature’s creative charms,
Recognized
its perfection, remained serene and calm,
Before
finding other’s faults, they observed theirs,
Mirror
to self, with humble cares.
Humility,
the everlasting hope,
Humility,
the musical, self-effacing slope,
World’s
darkness of ignorance failed,
To
alter their spirits, bravely sailed,
The
dreams of betterment at dawn and dusk,
Painted
their eyes, with the scent of musk.
Humility,
the best feeling to imbibe,
Humility,
the lake of truth to dive,
They
went on with their positive aura,
Supporting
the dwindled lives around,
Improving
gradually after every sunset,
In
every race, they just competed with self.
Humility,
the smooth, silky sunshine,
Humility,
the heroic trait, forever fine,
They
explored the meaning of their lives,
Tasted
nectar of knowledge from worldly hives,
With
respect they glanced at everyone around,
Ah
yes, the secret of success they’ve found.
Humility,
the valley of jasmines,
Humility,
the extinguisher of sins…
